Jorge Luis Galvan was born in Lima, Peru in 1991. At the age of 2 his family migrated to the United States where he was raised in Gaithersburg, Maryland. He discovered his passion for music at age of 9 where he joined his school chorus. Jorge got his musical influences from his late grandfather who was a recognized singer in Peru, Pepe Chira “El Gitano del Bolero”. Jorge found his love for percussion at a very young age. He started with the Peruvian cajon and Afro-Peruvian genre which he studied thanks to his Parents who would always keep him educated maintaining the Peruvian culture alive regardless being far from home. During his development he learned to play many genres which eventually lead to him and his brother forming a band or their own. In 2012 he co founded alongside his father and brother “Hermanos Galvan & Orquesta” . Him alongside his brother Jose have performed and shared stages with the biggest name’s in the salsa genre.

When Paula was a young adolescent, she would always see her grandmother sing at family gatherings, and she knew she wanted to follow her footsteps in the music industry. Paula then migrated to the United States in 2015 where she met Jorge Luis & Jose Galvan. They immediately had a musical connection. She took a break from music to start a family in 2017. Juan Carlos Lobaton found his love of music and entertainment at a young age.
As a young kid he was part of “Los Burbujitos de Yola Polatris” while participating in TV shows, talent shows, etc. When he started working as presenter he worked with La Progresiva del Callao. When he took a step back from La Progresiva, he started working at the top salsa venues in Peru where he got the name “Mr. Sabroso” with his unique personality he won the hearts of concert goers. Around 2017 he was hired by Zaperoko La Resistencia Salsera del Callao to be their official presenter up until 2024 when he migrated to USA.
His first week being in the US, he got the call from Hermanos Galván & Orq to be their official presenter.
Fun fact - When Jorge & Jose went to Peru in 2013, they got to witness Mr. Sabroso’s talent at Karamba Latin Disco. Every visit to Peru after that, Jorge & Jose always went to the same nightclub, while Mr. Sabroso would be presenting the artists/band that night.
